Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, customers must clearly demonstrate that they have made a genuine effort to implement the strategies, systems, or materials provided and have not achieved satisfactory results.

All refund requests must include:

A written explanation outlining what did not meet expectations

Verifiable evidence of implementation, such as:

screenshots of completed steps or workflows

completed worksheets or checklists

progress notes or documentation showing active use of the product
